Ordering

Orders may be placed online any time at ruffandcut.com, or over the phone (866) 920-7898 Monday—Friday 10 a.m.—4 p.m. EST.

Please allow processing time for orders received from our website.  We make each piece to order and quality creation takes time; orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is confirmed, and you will receive confirmation by email.  Please note that while we are in the process of confirming your order, you may receive a call from our Customer Service Department.  You will receive notification by email when your order ships.

Custom Orders

All orders for custom designs, third party partnership designs, licensing agreements, and/or marketing programs designed as joint ventures with third parties are subject to a "no return policy" on cash deposits made to Ruff&Cut.

Shipping

All Ruff&Cut pieces are sent standard overnight via Federal Express and fully insured.

Complimentary shipping is offered for items that retail for $2,000 and above.  However, multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.  Complimentary shipping is available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery only.

At this time we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Ruff&Cut does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

All orders will be shipped to the billing address supplied with the credit card.  If you’d like your order shipped to a separate address, please call our Customer Service Department at (866) 920-7898 during business hours (Monday—Friday, 10 a.m.—4 p.m. EST) or email us at customerservice@ruffandcut.com.


Sales Tax Policy

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.  Ruff&Cut collects sales tax from customers in the state of New York.
